What rooms can I rent at point a.?
Four rooms at Dubai Knowledge Park, or the whole place. The small one and the other one are twin rooms for up to 7 people each. The big one seats 22 around one long table. Assembly point takes 20 people standing or seated. Book the whole studio and you have all four rooms for up to 42 people.
How much does it cost to rent a room?
The small one and the other one are AED 200 an hour, AED 700 for a half day or AED 1,200 for a full day. The big one is AED 625 an hour, AED 2,500 half day, AED 5,000 full day. Assembly point is AED 313 an hour, AED 1,250 half day, AED 2,500 full day. The whole place is AED 8,415 for a full day. A half day is 4 hours and a full day is 8.
What equipment is in the rooms?
The big one has a Samsung 85-inch The Frame Pro, a One Connect Box, a Sonos Beam with Sub and two Era 100s, Apple TV with a Studio Display, 18 power outlets, a clicker and Wi-Fi. The small one and the other one each have a TCL 65-inch 4K TV, a Sonos Beam, Apple TV with a Studio Display, a Windows wireless dongle, 16 power outlets, a clicker and Wi-Fi. Assembly point has modular seating, a roll-in TV on request, a Sonos speaker, a coffee machine and Wi-Fi.
Can you provide catering?
Yes. Breakfast or a coffee break is AED 50 per person, a lunch or dinner buffet is AED 85 per person, and the full-day package is AED 135 per person. You can also bring your own caterer: give us a heads-up and we will make sure they have access and room to set up.
Where is point a. and how do I get there?
point a. is at Dubai Knowledge Park, a short walk from Dubai Internet City. The tram is a 4 minute walk, the metro is 11 minutes from Internet City, and there is RTA paid parking nearby.
How do I book a space?
